1. Nature of Service & Subscriptions

bkjgames offers temporary, time-limited subscription access to premium PC games and downloadable content (DLC).

• No Ownership Transfer: Purchases do not constitute a transfer of ownership, a permanent digital license, or a sale of individual games. You are purchasing a temporary right to access software managed by bkjgames for the duration of your billing cycle.
• Subscription Tiers: Access is provided through two distinct tiers:
  • Premium Slots: Access is granted by connecting the service to your personal gaming platform account, allowing you to maintain your personal achievements and play history.
  • Standard Slots: Access is granted via store-provided account credentials (Username and Password) for direct login.

2. Subscription Duration & Expiration

• Cycle Limitations: Subscriptions are active for a strict, predefined number of calendar days (e.g., 30-day cycles) as selected at the time of purchase.
• Access Termination: Upon the conclusion of the subscription period, your access to the game and associated accounts will automatically cease.

3. Renewal & Slot Retention Policies

To maintain fairness and manage high-demand game availability, users must adhere to the following strict renewal guidelines:

• Active Renewal Window: You may only renew or extend an active subscription. Renewal requests can only be made when your current subscription has 7 days or less remaining before expiration.
• Continuity Guarantee: Renewing within this designated 7-day window guarantees that you will retain access to the exact same slot or account link without interruption.
• Post-Expiration Restrictions: Once a subscription expires, it cannot be renewed, restored, or reactivated. To regain access, you must purchase a new subscription from the public catalog, subject entirely to current market availability and pricing.

4. Account Security & Prohibited Actions

Users are entirely responsible for maintaining the security of the access provided and must respect the integrity of our digital property:

• Credential Security: For Standard Slots, bkjgames provides only the login credentials. We do not provide access to recovery emails or security metrics.
• No Modifications: Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to alter account details, change passwords, link personal phone numbers, modify security settings (such as two-factor authentication or Steam Guard), or alter recovery metrics on any store-owned account.
• Device Restrictions: Standard slot access is restricted to one single device at a time. Multi-device logging, account sharing, or distributing credentials to third parties is strictly prohibited.

5. User Conduct & Immediate Termination Policy

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for activities that disrupt our services, violate intellectual property rights, or negatively impact other users. You explicitly agree NOT to:

• Share, lease, or resell store-provided credentials to any third party.
• Cheat, exploit, or utilize unauthorized third-party software (hacks, trainers, cheats, or modifications) that could result in account bans or restrictions.
• Use the provided access for any commercial purpose.
• ⚠️ Enforcement Notice: bkjgames actively monitors account usage and access patterns. Any violation of this section will result in the immediate termination of your service, a permanent ban from our platform, and the forfeiture of all remaining subscription days without entitlement to a refund.

6. Refunds, Pricing, and Delivery

• Digital Delivery: Access instructions or credentials are delivered digitally to your registered account or email immediately upon successful payment verification.
• Strict No-Refund Policy: Due to the immediate nature of digital software access, all sales are final and non-refundable once the subscription cycle has begun or credentials have been exposed to the user.
• Currency and Taxes: All prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) unless stated otherwise, and are inclusive of any applicable local taxes or Value Added Tax (VAT) mandated by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

7. Limitation of Liability & Third-Party Platforms

• Third-Party Dependencies: Our service relies entirely on third-party gaming platforms (including, but not limited to, Valve Corp.’s Steam platform). bkjgames is not responsible or liable for service interruptions, profile sync issues, cloud save corruptions, account restrictions, or forced platform updates initiated by third-party publishers or platform providers.
• Service Availability: While we aim for maximum uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous access to slots during periods of platform maintenance or high-demand game launches.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service, along with your use of the website and services, shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any legal disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts within Saudi Arabia.
